Biography
As a litigation paralegal, Renée provides support to our attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from inception of the case through the discovery phase and trial. She assists with document examination and management, drafting of discovery demands and responses, deposition preparation, and trial preparation.
Renée provides regular contact with our clients to keep them informed of the status of their cases. She also maintains the case calendar and the client database. In addition to her work as a paralegal, she has been instrumental in the development of technology for the firm and manages numerous administrative aspects in her role as office manager.
Renée received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Buffalo. In 1997, she attended Long Island University, C.W. Post College, and received her certificate of paralegal studies, with distinction. Prior to joining Thompson-Tinsley Law, she worked as a paralegal in the areas of commercial litigation, matrimonial and family law, trusts and estates, and medical malpractice. She is a licensed New York State Notary Public.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
